Best statistical software for nursing research

I’ve been exploring different statistical software options for analyzing nursing research data, and I’m curious what others have found useful… I’m particularly looking for something that’s user-friendly but offers robust analysis capabilities. Have any of you had success with specific programs like SPSS or R? Let’s share our experiences.

I’ve found success using a rotational diet for pets with allergies — it minimizes exposure and can help identify triggers over time… @dlee54, have you tried that approach, or do you prefer sticking to strict elimination diets?

I’ve had great luck with SPSS for user-friendliness. The learning curve with R can be steep, but it’s powerful! Have you thought about a training course for R?
