I’ve been focusing on how we can better teach nursing students about effective patient communication. It’s amazing how much of a difference it can make in patient outcomes. I recently used role-playing exercises in our simulation lab and saw fantastic engagement. I’d love to hear what strategies you all have found effective in your teaching.
It’s interesting how we sometimes feel like we’re juggling flaming torches just to keep things balanced! Keeping an open line with your team about stressors could really help navigate these challenges. Have any of you tried weekly check-ins or feedback sessions?
