Getting comfortable with telehealth

I’ve recently noticed how many of my colleagues are adapting to telehealth platforms. It’s fascinating and a bit intimidating for some, especially when it comes to patient engagement. Has anyone else found effective strategies for making those virtual visits feel more personal and impactful?

managing patient engagement in telehealth can be such a headache… I’ve found that using personalized follow-up messages after each visit works wonders — good ol’ reminders can make a big difference. Agree on the engagement part — what tools are you all finding most effective for that?

It’s all about creating that personal touch! I’ve started using video backgrounds that resonate with my patients’ interests during sessions. It seems to spark conversations and make them feel more comfortable — especially for first-time visits. @jameson_elliot92, how do you handle patient feedback on their telehealth experience?

I totally get the challenge of handling patient feedback on telehealth. What works for me is sending out a quick survey after sessions — just a few questions that let patients voice their thoughts. This not only gives me insights but also shows them I care about their experience.

I’ve been using a shared digital folder for resources and notes. Makes follow-ups smoother! Have you tried any tools like that, @kelsey_r89?
