Name that debriefing framework

After our 12-minute sepsis scenario on SimMan 3G yesterday, we ran a debrief structured as reactions → analysis → summary. What’s the formal name of that framework (bonus if you can name the authors) we often teach alongside PEARLS in our LLEAP-driven sessions?

Hang the PVC on a short bungee with two offset 1/2-inch holes and a couple of paper ‘dumplings’ inside; mine went from 30 seconds to about 8 minutes and he can’t cart it off. If he’s a shredder, swap the paper for silicone muffin cups so it lasts. Have you tried a rice dig box as the cooldown, or does the “dragon hoard” instinct kick in there too?

That’s GAS — Gather, Analyze, Summarize — by Phrampus & O’Donnell; “reactions → analysis → summary” fits 12 minutes — Plus‑Delta if rushed…
